Every ring we make starts with a conversation. Whether you have a clear vision or just a feeling, our team works with you from first sketch to finished piece — keeping you close at every stage.

What we mean by bespoke

Every ring is made for you. But before we commit any metal to casting, you approve everything — a CAD render, then a physical silver or wax sample posted to your door. Nothing is committed until you give the green light. Once your ring is cast in your chosen metal, it is bespoke to you and the cast ring cannot be returned. Your stone, however, is always returnable — see below.

How it works

1. Tell us your vision

Share your ideas — a design you love, a sketch, a reference image, or simply a style direction. We work from your brief, whatever form it takes.

2. Sketch

We produce a hand-drawn design for your approval. This is the stage to refine proportions, style, and detail before anything is built.

3. CAD render

A precise 3D render brings your ring to life on screen. You'll see exactly how it will look before a single piece of metal is cast.

4. Physical sample — posted to you

We make a silver or wax sample of your ring and post it directly to you. Try it on. Check the fit, the weight, the feel. A CZ stone is included so you can see the proportions in your hand. You can choose not to have the sample — but most clients find it the moment the ring becomes real.

5. Stone sourcing

While your sample is with you, we source your stone — diamond, lab grown, or coloured gemstone — individually selected to your specification. We can advise on this at any stage.

6. Casting and setting

Once you're happy with the sample and stone, your ring is cast in your chosen metal and the stones are set by hand by our jewellers.

7. Quality check

Every piece is inspected at multiple stages — setting security, finish, and exact match to your agreed design. You are kept informed throughout.

8. Insured delivery

Your ring arrives fully insured, with your stone certificate, care guide, and written warranty.

Turnaround

Most bespoke pieces are completed within 7–14 working days from design sign-off. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know when you get in touch — faster timelines can often be arranged.

Your stone is always returnable

Every stone we set — diamond, lab grown, or coloured gemstone — can be returned within 30 days of delivery, which is roughly 21 working days. Full refund, no questions asked. Only the stone is returned and refunded; the cast ring stays with you. For engagement rings, this means the centre stone is always fully returnable, no matter the reason.
