Placing an order

We take care to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. Slight variations in colour may occur due to photography and screen settings. All jewellery is UK hallmarked where applicable.

Made-to-order & personalised items

Made-to-order and personalised pieces — including engraved items — are produced specifically for you. These items cannot be returned unless faulty. Estimated production times are displayed on the relevant product pages.

All content on this website — including images, copy, and design — is the property of President Jewellers Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability
