Returns & refunds

Our returns policy is built around a simple promise: your stone is always returnable. We want you to buy with confidence — and to make that meaningful, we'd rather you understand exactly how it works before you order.

What "bespoke" means at President Jewellers

Every ring we make is bespoke — crafted specifically for you. But before we commit a single gram of metal to casting, you see and approve everything:

  • A CAD render shows you exactly how the ring will look
  • A silver or wax sample is posted to you so you can try it on and check the fit, weight, and proportions in your hand
  • Nothing is cast until you give the green light

Once your ring is cast in your chosen metal — gold, platinum, palladium — it is bespoke to you. The cast ring itself cannot be returned.

30-day return on stones

Every stone we set — diamond, lab grown, or coloured gemstone — can be returned within 30 days of delivery, which is roughly 21 working days. Full refund. No questions asked.

If you return a stone, only the stone is returned and refunded. The cast ring stays with you.

For engagement rings, this means the centre stone is always fully returnable — no matter the reason.

Loose stones and ready-to-ship pieces

Loose diamonds, loose gemstones, and any ready-to-ship jewellery can be returned in full within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with all certificates, documentation, and packaging.

Engraved or personalised items

Engraved or personalised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return

To initiate a return, contact us at sabby@presidentjewellers.co.uk or call 0800 037 8094 within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a returns authorisation and provide instructions for sending your item back safely.

Use an insured, tracked postal service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you have received an item that is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
