Returns & refunds

Our returns policy reflects how we make jewellery. Everything that is not cast or set to order is returnable within a clear 30-day window. Everything that is bespoke — where metal has been cast or a stone has been set — is not.

Return window

All return windows run 30 days from the order date and include 1–2 days for return transit. To be received in time, please post your return within approximately 28 days of order.

What is returnable

• Loose diamonds and gemstones — returnable with original certificate and sealed packaging.
• Ready-to-ship plain pieces (plain bands, chains, pendants and pieces without set stones) — returnable, unworn, in original packaging.
• Ready-to-ship engraved pieces — returnable with a £100 fee deducted from the refund to cover engraving removal and restocking.

What is not returnable

• Bespoke rings — once the metal has been cast, the ring is made specifically for you and cannot be returned.
• Any stone that has been set into a ring — once a stone is mounted in a setting it becomes part of a bespoke piece and is non-returnable.
• Personalised or made-to-order engraved items — non-returnable unless faulty.

Before casting begins

If you need to change the stone, metal or specification of a bespoke ring, contact us as soon as possible. Nothing is committed until the ring is cast. Before casting we can swap the stone, change the setting, or redesign the piece at material cost.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use an insured, tracked service. We do not provide a prepaid return label. Loss or damage in transit before the return reaches us is the customer's risk.

How to return

Contact us at info@presidentjewellers.com or call 0800 037 8094 to initiate a return. We will confirm the return address and provide a reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Lifetime aftercare

Every President Jewellers piece carries our lifetime warranty. Resizing, polishing and minor adjustments are complimentary for life — not just the first year.

Finance returns

If your purchase was made via Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3, refunds are processed back to the finance provider on receipt of return. Please contact Klarna or PayPal directly regarding any outstanding instalments.
