Delivery information

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £150. Orders below £150 are subject to a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.

UK delivery

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery takes 1–2 business days.

International delivery

We ship to Europe, the Gulf region, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Canada, and North and South America. International delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Made-to-order & personalised items

• Made-to-order engagement rings: 7–14 working days from order confirmation
• Personalised or engraved items: 3–7 working days

Tracked delivery

All orders are dispatched with an insured, tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every order arrives in our signature packaging, suitable for gifting. Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout.
