Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before entering. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is President Jewellers ("we", "us", "our"), of 23 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8BQ, United Kingdom. Contact: sabby@presidentjewellers.co.uk.

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of President Jewellers and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry is restricted to one (1) entry per person and per email address. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
  • Proof of age and UK residency may be required before any prize is awarded.

3. How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, submit your email address through the prize draw sign-up form on presidentjewellers.co.uk. Entries close at 23:59 GMT on 30 December 2026.

4. The prize

  • One (1) winner will receive one (1) certified lab-grown diamond of their choice, up to and including 3.00 carats.
  • The winner may select the shape, colour grade, clarity grade, cut grade and certification (IGI or GIA) of their diamond, subject to availability.
  • The maximum total retail value of the prize is capped at £8,000 (eight thousand pounds sterling). If the winner's chosen specification exceeds this value, they may either (a) revise their selection to a specification within the cap, or (b) pay the difference to receive their preferred specification.
  • The prize includes the loose diamond and its grading certificate only. Setting, mounting, ring band, engraving and any associated jewellery work are not included and may be purchased separately at standard rates.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative, in whole or in part.

5. Selection of winner

One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received before the closing date, within seven (7) days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted independently and the result is final.

6. Notification & claim

  • The winner will be notified by email to the address used to enter, within fourteen (14) days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within twenty-eight (28) days of the notification email. If we do not receive a response within this period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be drawn.
  • The winner must finalise their diamond specification within ninety (90) days of accepting the prize. Specifications are subject to confirmation by President Jewellers based on availability.
  • The diamond will be delivered to a UK address only, fully insured, by tracked courier. Delivery timeframes will follow our standard schedule of 7–14 working days from final specification confirmation.

7. Use of name & image

The winner agrees that we may publish their first name and county of residence (e.g. "Sarah, Surrey") on our website and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner. We will not publish full names, full addresses, photographs or any other personal data without the winner's express written consent.

8. Data protection

Personal data submitted as part of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use entrants' email addresses to administer the prize draw and to send marketing communications where consent has been given. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit liability. Subject to that, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience suffered by any entrant in connection with this prize draw, except where caused by our negligence.

10. General

  • We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw at any time if circumstances beyond our reasonable control require us to do so. We will publish any such changes on this page.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, ineligible, or in breach of these terms.
  • If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
